A one-off Music Workshop for those with Learning Disabilities

A dabble and Scrunch Taster

Whether you want to make music, friends or start socialising after covid, this one-off workshop is a fun and helpful way for those with learning difficulties to express themselves in a safe and fun environment whilst giving a taster as to what we do during our weekly sessions with Dabble and Scrunch in Cotteridge.

Following in the same format as our group Dabble and Scrunch, this workshop is focused on adults with learning difficulties. We welcome those with, but not limited to Autism, Asperges, Cerebral Palsy (CP) and Intellectual Disability (ID).

This one-off workshop will encourage participation, social interaction and a general exploration of music in a considerate and fun way. Under the leadership of professional musician Reuben Penny, he’ll lead the group through a range of fun songs and inclusive activities. Participants can take part however much or little as they feel comfortable.

We do require that participants are accompanied by a relative or carer and we do encourage carers to take part and assist participants when required. We also ask that participants sign up before attending the workshop using the form below. The information will help Reuben to prepare the session in case special resources are required.

Price: Free
