Volunteer Your Time
Or Skill Share
We sometimes rely on the generosity of volunteers to help us with the operation of our projects and activities. Another way of donating your time is to skill share with us, providing your knowledge and expertise to help us learn new skills and provide insight into areas like marketing, fundraising, and governance, which directly helps us improve and our music projects.
Volunteer
Whether you’re looking to bolster CV, get work experience or are looking for a worthy cause to donate your time to, consider joining our volunteer team.
We’re looking for Birmingham and Sandwell based volunteers aged 16 or above to help us with a range of jobs, including:
Helping during sessions
Assisting with Concerts and Events
Flyering
and more…
We are looking for people who are friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic about helping their communities. No musical experience is required.
Volunteer as a Musician
If you have professional experience as a musician (instrumental or vocal) and are looking to donate your time, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’d like to help our less experienced players during rehearsals and/or help bolster our numbers by performing in concerts, we’d love to hear from you!
You must:
Have experience teaching or working with non-musicians.
Performance experience in groups.
Be grade 8 or equivalent in your specialism.
We are open to any instrumentalist from any background and welcome singers to help during our rock collective rehearsals and concerts.
We are in particular need of instrumentalists who are in the rhythm section (guitar, bass, percussion).
