Misfits Music Summer Concert 2022

Come along to our summer concert and enjoy an afternoon of music
and (hopefully) sunshine!

Once again, all of our groups will be taking part in the concert as well as a performance from the Sonia Sabri Company - Global Music Youth Ensemble. We have a varied programme made up of music from around the Commonwealth to show.

For the first time, we are including two new collaborative works as part of our repertoire this year. The first is from South African songwriter Lulu Abdulla with his song “Timbarella” and a new work composed by Birmingham-based composer Millicent James as part of the BCMG Flourish Project.

We’d like to thank Moseley Festival and Moseley Park for hosting our concert as well as BCMG for involving us in their Flourish Project.
