What is
brum rocks?

BRUM ROCKS is an exciting project that will unite hundreds of amateur musicians and singers for a once-in-a-lifetime rock concert at Forum Birmingham on the 14th July 2024.

Leading up to the final event, BRUM ROCKS LIVE, we are running one-off BRUM ROCKS workshops and events across Birmingham and the Black Country that will give participants a small taste of the final event.

Our big project finale, “Brum Rocks Live!” will take place on Sunday 14th July 2024 at Forum Birmingham. We will bring together hundreds of singers and instrumentalists for a one-off rock extravaganza, and you’ll want to get involved. 

On the day, performers will be led by our professional musicians and talented house band to perform some of your favourite rock hits. Exciting guest artists will be announced soon…

Workshops

We're gearing up to bring hundreds of people together to create a massive rock music spectacle, and you can be part of it! As part of the BRUM ROCKS experience, we are running free workshops open to any musician or singer. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, these workshops will provide the perfect warm-up for the upcoming Brum Rocks Live event in July 2024.

volunteer at Brum Rocks

As you can imagine, Brum Rocks Live is a bit of a logistical beast! To help the day go as smoothly as possible we are recruiting people who are willing to go the extra mile and volunteer. We need help with setting up and packing down the venue, checking in participants, selling merch, greeting the audience etc.  

We can offer each volunteer £5 in cash to cover travel expenses which will be available to collect on the day.
